As our next Community Lead, you will craft the best launch for our latest Web3 project and Neopolis launch worldwide. You will also lead content implementation, community growth initiatives and set processes to manage effectively our community members.

Ideally, you would be a self-starter with strong interest for Web3-related projects, combined with experience in content creation, community development and social medias. Since we're a small team, you'll wear many hats. You'll work directly with the CEO, UA, designers and developers. You'll manage a community team of +20 volunteers, and empower our current community managers.

We’re less interested in the length of your resume than your passion and willingness to learn and deliver the best possible initiatives.


Missions

  • Create, monitor and drive conversations with our community members via Discord Channels, manage feedbacks & ensure qualitative communication
  • Further develop and maintain the community/fans of Neopolis Game
  • Create impactful content, contests, and giveaways that can help promote the game
  • Create, monitor, and drive conversation on all social media including but not limited to Twitter, Twitch, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Implement automation, and processes to optimize community management
  • Manage a community team of 20 volunteers who help, moderate and animate the community ingame + discord.
  • Ensure hiring needs, and adequate communication.
  • Assist and empower our actual community managers Ash, Elena, Ben and Franklin
  • Collaborate effectively with the team

Nous recherchons

Required experience:

  • Experience creating, managing and growing a community on Discord Servers
  • Experience building successful communication with communities
  • Experience in the Web3 industry, or strong interested showcased with personal projects
  • You're creative at-heart, and set up your own creative outlet (blog, youtube channel, twitch streaming...)
  • Native or bilingual in English

What would be a plus:

  • Ability to manage native English speakers
  • Significant experience in B2C or gaming
